Usage & privacy
Chimp Picks measures page visits and simple actions so we can improve the site: chat requests, comparisons shown, empty results, errors, copied comparisons, share actions and source-link clicks.
Usage records contain a random visit code, the page category, a phone or larger-screen category, a broad arrival source and the time. A visit resets after 30 minutes without a tracked action, when the tab session ends, or after 24 hours. This does not identify unique people or follow you across devices.
We do not include your chat messages, budget, bets, name, email, IP address, precise location or full referring URL in usage records. We do not send these events to a third-party analytics provider. Hosting providers separately process connection information to serve and protect the site.
Usage records are retained for up to 90 days and removed in batches as new events arrive. Only the site owner can view the traffic dashboard. Browser privacy signals and the switch below can disable measurement. Marked and automatically detected browser-verification visits are separated from owner reports; missing referrers, blocked tracking and unrecognized bots still make counts approximate.

A Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control setting always keeps measurement off.
